About the show

Those of us in the industrial sector have a collection of unique experiences. We work on projects with budgets that run in the millions to billions of dollars and can essentially be an economy of their own

To highlight some of the amazing work being done on the projects that are the backbone of our global economies, Wes Sessenwein, CEO of PayShepherd, is sitting down with thought leaders across the industry.

Topics include:

  • Managing contract compliance
  • Building strong vendor relationships
  • Project management strategies
  • And more

About Wes

Wes began his career at a small industrial construction company in Western Canada. Eventually, he started his own service and construction company, where he experienced firsthand the frustration of endless paperwork, outdated workflows, and the gap between contractor and facility expectations.

Realizing that existing tools and systems failed to address these issues, he founded PayShepherd to improve these processes and strengthen business relationships in the industry.
